Know which step you are taking.
An inquiry starts a conversation. An application asks to be considered. Operator approval may create a conditional reservation with a deadline. For the configured pilot, reviewed signing and payment come before provider-confirmed booking confirmation. No payment return page or friendly conversation confirms a stay.
The public site currently uses fictional demonstration homes. Real accounts, inventory and provider acceptance must be configured before the controlled pilot opens.
